- Heated, large open areas are available to those who won't be using a car for a while
- Every rental space is well-maintained and professionally sprayed for bugs and mice.
- No security deposit required. A "One Year" minimum is all that I ask.
- Spaces are for storage only. No work may be performed on the premises.
- Non-flammable automobile parts may be stored with a car. Battery removal or disconnection will be required for some cars.
- Access private spaces during reasonable daylight hours or early evenings in the winter.
